Located at the superb Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca, it is a 3 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Comfortably accommodating 4 people, the villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and briefly comprises of a Lounge / Dining room with Widescreen TV and DVD/CD player, a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops including a dishwasher and washing machine, 2 Bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, and 2 Bathrooms. A Z Bed is available for an additional child.

Outside, along with the heated pool, is a garden and patio areas with a sunbathing terrace which includes loungers, table and chairs. There is also a built in barbecue and off road parking.
